Last year, the Triple ‘S’ Challenge became one of the most successful and most loved challenges inside my private members group — so this year I’m bringing it back bigger and better than ever!

And this time, I’m opening it up publicly so more women can join us.

What Is the Triple ‘S’ Challenge?

The Triple ‘S’ Challenge is a 6-week health and fitness challenge focused on three key foundations of wellbeing:

  • Steps — daily movement & cardio

  • Squats — building strength & consistency

  • Sleep — prioritising rest and recovery

This challenge is designed to help you:

  • Build healthier habits

  • Improve consistency and motivation

  • Increase strength and energy

  • Prioritise your self-care

  • Feel more confident in yourself again

Will I be exercising with others?

You will be exercising from the privacy of your own home (or anywhere!), but you will have the support of our amazing online community for extra accountability.

I’m keen to do the challenge, but not sure if I can commit to everything?

That’s no problem at all! Focusing on what works for you and what fits into your busy lifestyle is key. Although there are daily movement goals to tick off on your challenge tracker — you get to ultimately decide how much you want to commit to.

What happens at the end of the challenge?

If you love the MenoFit™ community then stay on as an online member. Or if it’s not for you, you can cancel your membership at anytime via your online account. There are regular online group challenges set up inside the MenoFit™ community throughout the year for optimal support and motivation. The break in between challenges is there to help everyone focus on a healthy lifestyle away from the challenge mentality.
