I haven’t exercised for years, will this challenge be suitable?

Will I be exercising with others?
You will be exercising from the privacy of your own home (or anywhere!), but you will have the support of our amazing online community for extra accountability.
Will there be a Group Coaching call during the challenge?
Yes, there is a Group Coaching call with Chloe via zoom on Wednesday 25th February at 7pm for those who are available. The discussion topic for this will be centred around mindset and healthy lifestyle habits for midlife women.
I’m keen to do the challenge, but not sure if I can commit to everything?
That’s no problem at all! Focusing on what works for you and what fits into your busy lifestyle is key. Although there are weekly workouts and daily habits to tick off on your app — you get to ultimately decide how much you want to commit to.
What happens at the end of the challenge?
If you love the MenoFit™ community then stay on as an online member. Or if it’s not for you, you can cancel your membership at anytime via your online account. There are regular online group challenges set up inside the MenoFit™ community throughout the year for optimal support and motivation. The break in between challenges is there to help everyone focus on a healthy lifestyle away from the challenge mentality.
