Workout Timetable:

Gain access to 3 x LIVE workouts per week (or watch them on replay at a time that suits you).

  • MONDAY (6am) - FULL BODY SCULPT - Ignite your week with a full-body burn. Focusing on strength, power, and purpose - from head to toe. Using dumbbells, this workout targets all major muscle groups.

  • WEDNESDAY (6am) - LOWER BODY SCULPT - Midweek is made for muscle. This workout is designed to strengthen, tone, and define the muscles in the legs, glutes, and hips - while supporting hormonal balance, joint health, and core stability. Dumbbells and resistance bands required.

  • FRIDAY (6am) - UPPER BODY SCULPT - Cap off your week with strength and sass, and finish on a high feeling strong and empowered. Using dumbbells, this upper body focused workout targets the arms and abs.
