With a focus on adopting a positive mindset, healthy nutrition, regular exercise and creating healthy lifestyle habits that are sustainable long-term.
As a Certified Personal Trainer and Mum to two active children, my passion is helping busy women prioritise their health and fitness goals to become the BEST version of themselves.
I aim to motivate and encourage women to adopt, and most importantly maintain a way of living that helps them to become the healthiest, happiest, and most confident version of themselves.

That's right ladies, you can get your sweat on and workout with me LIVE from the comfort of your own home 3 mornings a week! If you can't make the live sessions you can watch them on replay at a time that suits you.
This is highly recommended for those that struggle with motivation, want to reach their goals faster or want to ensure they are getting the most out of their workouts with a qualified personal trainer.
Each workout is approximately 30 minutes long and includes a short warm-up at the beginning and stretch at the end. The workouts are broadcast through Facebook Live and delivered through my private Facebook group called ‘Chloe Compton - Personal Training’ as part of your Online Membership subscription.
MONDAY (6am NZ time) - LOW IMPACT
This workout combines low impact bodyweight exercises for a total-body workout! Suitable for those who are just starting out, those who are post partum or coming back from injury.

WEDNESDAY (6am NZ time) - WEIGHTS
This full-body dumbbell workout will build strength, burn calories, plus tone and shape your entire body, without adding bulky muscles. The ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast!

Equipment: Exercise mat and dumbbells (2 x 2kg & 2 x 4kg or similar)
FRIDAY (6am NZ time) - ABS + CORE
Increase core strength, improve posture and tone your abs. This workout hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy, as well as improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

I now offer a huge variety of online training programs, so there’s something for everyone! Plus access to my personal training app is provided throughout ALL my programs, so you can workout anytime, anywhere. Track stats and follow workouts with instructional videos right on your smartphone. The best part is there are no set starting dates, which means you can choose any training program you like and start whenever it suits you!
All online training programs are one-off purchase programs additional to your Online Membership subscription.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase your cardiovascular fitness, gain strength, or work towards a full body transformation, I can design a personalised fitness program that keeps you energised and motivated to reach your goals, and brings long-term lasting results.
Virtual — Using FaceTime on Messenger I can deliver a virtual personal training session straight to your chosen device. Limited time slots available.
In-Person (Auckland only) — As a mobile Personal Trainer I can come to you. You can train in the privacy of your own home, in a park near your work, or somewhere beautiful that inspires you. Limited time slots available.
