Chloe Compton is an experienced Personal Trainer and Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist, dedicated to helping women achieve their health and fitness goals, and thrive in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

With a focus on adopting a positive mindset, balanced nutrition, regular exercise and creating healthy lifestyle habits that are sustainable long-term.

As a Certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience, my passion is helping women thrive in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond, by prioritising their health and fitness goals to become the BEST version of themselves.

By providing both in-person and online personal training and coaching services that are not only affordable but easily accessible, my goal is to help women feel empowered and thrive in menopause, both locally and nationwide. I aim to motivate and encourage women to adopt, and most importantly maintain a way of living that helps them to become the healthiest, happiest and most confident version of themselves.

Experience energising and empowering workouts designed to elevate your fitness journey.

Join me LIVE (or on demand) from the comfort of your own home, as I guide you through exercise routines that ignite your inner fire and push your limits.

This is highly recommended for those that struggle with motivation, want to reach their goals faster, or want to ensure they are getting the most out of their workouts with a qualified Personal Trainer.

Each workout is approximately 30 minutes long and includes a short warm-up at the beginning and stretch at the end. The workouts are broadcast through Facebook Live and delivered through my private Facebook group called ‘CCPT Members’ as part of your Online Membership subscription.

MONDAY (6am NZ time) - LOW IMPACT

  • This workout combines low impact bodyweight exercises for a total-body workout. Don’t be fooled, low impact can still be high intensity! This workout includes no jumping exercises, making it suitable for those who are just starting out or coming back from injury.

WEDNESDAY (6am NZ time) - WEIGHTS

  • This full-body dumbbell workout will build strength, burn calories, plus tone and shape your entire body, without adding bulky muscles. The ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast! Equipment: Exercise mat + 2 x light dumbbells (approx 2kg) and 2 x heavy dumbbells (approx 4kg)

FRIDAY (6am NZ time) - ABS + CORE

  • Increase core strength, improve posture and tone your abs. This workout hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy, as well as improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

SUNDAY (9am NZ time) - PILATES

  • Sculpt, sweat and flow it out on the mat with our Certified Pilates Instructor Irina. By emphasising core strength, this workout is intended to lengthen and sculpt your body, while also enhancing your flexibility, posture, and stability.


Online exercise programs for busy women!

I now offer a huge variety of online exercise programs, so there’s something for everyone! Plus access to my personal training app is provided throughout ALL my programs, so you can workout anytime, anywhere. Track stats and follow workouts with instructional videos right on your smartphone. The best part is there are no set starting dates, which means you can choose any online exercise program you like and start whenever it suits you!


PERSONAL TRAINING & WOMEN’S COACHING

Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase your cardiovascular fitness, gain strength, or work towards a full body transformation, I can design a personalised training program that keeps you energised and motivated to reach your goals, and brings long-term lasting results.

Virtual PT Sessions — Using FaceTime on Messenger I can deliver a virtual personal training session straight to your chosen device. Limited time slots available.

In-Person PT Sessions (Auckland only) — As a mobile Personal Trainer I can come to you. You can train in the privacy of your own home, in a park near your work, or somewhere beautiful that inspires you. Limited time slots available.
