The 28-Day Slim & Trim program is designed to burn fat and increase your metabolism, while toning up your muscles at the same time. May be performed either at home or your local gym.
Equipment: Exercise mat and a pair of dumbbells (2-4kg).
All workouts are scheduled into your own training app with video demonstrations showing you how to perform each exercise correctly. Using proper form and technique helps prevent injuries and ensures you're getting the most out of your workout.
