How does it work?

This healthy habit-based program will help you to truly understand how important your habits are to achieving a healthy and lean body while showing you the essential nutrition and lifestyle habits you need to put in place and follow through with every day. In this program there is no mention of calories or complicated nutrition plans — it’s all about making small yet high impact habit changes.

Who is it for?

This program is perfect for beginners just getting started on improving their nutrition and lifestyle, but it is also beneficial for those who consider themselves more advanced and wanting to review the basics, even if just as a refresher.

How long does it last?

It is recommended that each habit challenge is conducted for at least 1 week. There is a total of 10 habit challenges available in this program, giving a total duration of 10 weeks.

What is included?

  • Healthy Habit Coaching Blueprint — A simple 6-step process to follow.

  • 10 Healthy Habit Challenges:

    • Record what you eat

    • Eat every 3-4 hours without snacking

    • Eat fresh fruit / vegetables with every meal

    • Drink fresh water with every meal

    • Eat lean protein with every meal

    • Eat carbohydrates based on activity

    • Eat healthy fats with every meal

    • Eat single ingredient foods

    • Improve your sleep routine

    • Reduce your stress

  • The Healthy Habit Starter Kit:

    • Habit tracker

    • Food diary

    • Weekly meal planner

    • Exercise planner

    • Progress recorder (body measurements)

    • Portion control guide (female and male)

  • Daily Walking Challenge — This will be a set distance goal to aim for each day, set by you at the start of the 10-week Healthy Habit Transformation program.

  • (Optional extra) Online Training Program — For those that are a little more advanced or wanting an extra boost on the exercise front, you can add any of the following discounted online training programs: 28-Day Kickstart, 6WBT #1 - Back To Basics, or the 10WBT program.

Plus it’s completely FREE to all CCPT Online Members (ie. no additional cost on top of your $10 p/month subscription, unless you choose to purchase an online training program).

For those that have an Online Membership + App subscription ($20 p/month) your weekly habit challenges can be added directly onto your app if you prefer, plus you can also add your body measurements and progress photos before/during/after the 10-week Healthy Habit Transformation program.
